Made in Thailand. The powder is very finely ground and easy to apply with a brush or just fingers. Pour the flour onto the palm of your hand. Apply all over the face. Or apply along the slopes of the cheeks , neck Or the bridge of the nose to add dimension. It can be applied over foundation or worn alone (just don’t forget to apply your moisturizer of choice first).
