Apply a small amount of shampoo to damp hair and work through from roots to tips to create a rich creamy lather. Rinse thoroughly and repeat process if required. After shampooing, apply conditioner to damp hair and gently massage through hair from roots to tips. Leave for 3-5 minutes then rinse well with clean water.
